Chico Clothing
It all began in 1993 as Dirk Rosenthal was financing his travels to countless BMX contests by selling selfprinted T-shirts. Today Chico Clothing is one of the oldest streetwear label in Germany, based in Cologne. Source of inspiration is everyday life, streetculture and their own taste. The Chico-Style is aiming against the grey and monotone routine. The outcome are nice prints, fresh colors and fancy cuts.
<h2>Chico Clothing: avoid stereotype thinking</h2>
The Chico Clothing designer also have a notion of music. They are into funk, soul, hip hop and disco. In each collection they hide pieces of music history. Chico Clothing aims to avoid stereotyped outfits and create innovativ shirts, windbreaker, shorts, hoodies, jeans and accessories. This message is transported by their slogan: „stay independent! And if you don’t like it, don’t wear it!“. It´s your choice.
