shipping costs
for each credit card order order shipped within germany, we will charge a flat shipping rate of € 3,50. this shipping rate is charged only once even if an order is delivered in several parts. shipments to other eu countries are € 15 or € 20, (see shippingzones) € 50 for usa and all other countries. shipments outside of germany will be made only against payment in advance. in case the ordered merchandise cannot be delivered in time or not at all, without skatekickz being responsible for, and although the contract has been concluded, skatekickz will inform you immediately. in such a case of delay you can either wait for the shipment of the merchandise or withdraw from the contract. if it is impossible to deliver the shipment, both skatekickz and you have the right to withdraw from the contract. in case of rescission skatekickz will reimburse any advance payments made without delay.  we only ship outside of germany against cash in advance.
